Log Cabin Loch Lomond, Scotland
Privately owned, Sandwood Lodge is a one of a number of log cabins by Loch Lomond. It is cosy and warm for all year bookings. It sleeps up to 6 and is situated at Rowardennan in Scotland, in a striking setting on a quiet, private estate of log cabins by Loch Lomond. Imagine clear starry nights, walks wrapped up against chilly and crisp bright winter days or long summer trips away exploring Rob Roy country and The Trossachs or the mountains of Argyll and the north – this can be all yours too. So go on… book your self catering lodge on Loch Lomond. More an area than a village, Rowardennan, which is at the foot of Ben Lomond, is on the east shores of Loch Lomond and 6 miles north from the pretty lochside village of Balmaha. The private site on which the log cabins sit is right on the lochside. This is the quieter side of Loch Lomond and an area famous for the West Highland Way taking walkers on beneath Ben Lomond nearby.
