Sandwood and Glenfinnan Lodges
LOCH LOMOND

View of some of the lodges at Rowardennan

Thought I'd send you a note to say how much we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandwood lodge. Arrived home depressed at having to leave the place.

We all thought the lodge itself was outstanding and beautiful, with all mod cons and everything you need for the stay. The location is awesome, with views you could not fittingly describe or imagine. My mother who came with us has not had a holiday in many, many years and will not fly - she was dumb struck by the beauty of the place. A holiday she will never forget.

As one time regular visitors to Scotland this surpassed previous visits due to the lodge and its isolated setting.

Took boys fishing (caught a small trout), sampled the local cuisine, walked the walks, did Rob Roy to death - house, cave & grave, fully explored Trossachs, distillaries, lochs, boat trips. Even got photo of wild stag sitting watching us close to lodge. Absolutely fantastic week.
